By placing an order or visiting our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Availability

All items, including fresh flowers and plants, are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable, especially for floral arrangements — always maintaining style and quality.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed during business hours.
• For same-day delivery, please order before our posted cutoff time.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
We offer exchanges and store credit only.
Due to the nature of our products, fresh flowers and custom orders are final sale.

4. Care Responsibility

Once a plant or bouquet leaves our hands, care becomes the customer’s responsibility.
We’re happy to provide care instructions — just ask! 🌱

5. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, and content on our site and materials belong to Ekam’s Garden.
Please do not use or reproduce without permission.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing, fees, and availability without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
