To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery
- Must be in original condition and packaging
- Live plants must be healthy and unaltered
- Flowers are not eligible for return due to their perishable nature
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale
