To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery
  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Live plants must be healthy and unaltered
  • Flowers are not eligible for return due to their perishable nature
  • Sale items and custom orders are final sale
